The New Jersey State House, part of downtown Trenton, is the capitol building for the state of New Jersey. The office of the Governor and Lt. Governor are located in this building along with the Senate and General Assembly chambers. The most important people in New Jersey politics work in this building, and important political decisions are made in the chambers. The State House hosts tours every weekday and on the weekends where you can learn more about the building, and about state legislation.
