Arts and Culture describes the social side of community engagement; how people spend time with one another. Communities are filled with all kinds of different people, activities, and events. Participating in these opportunities (meeting new people, going to places, attending events) gives us reasons to care about where we live, and connect with our neighbors. Staying connected through arts and culture helps to make our relationship to our community a lasting one!
